Saturday afternoon, July 13th, Eli participated in Newton County’s Pee-Wee show. Aunt Tammy borrowed a goat (named Peter Pan) from a friend for Eli to take in the ring. Eli’s cousin, Maddie, showed Peter Pan’s twin sister, Tinkerbell. Ava was also out there with her own goat, Chester. It was so cute!! Eli took his responsibility very seriously and did so well. We were so proud of him! He didn’t let go of the rope the whole time and answered every question the commentator asked of him.

We spent the rest of the afternoon looking at the other animals. Eli particularly likes the pigs… ick! Then, we relaxed at the stall with a snow cone and family.
